TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Fredrick Onyango Osura, of P.O. Box 236–40601, Bondo in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Osura Atudo, who died at District Hospital, Bondo in Kenya, on 21st June, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Caroline Majuma Okwiri, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Okiri Sidede, who died at Migwena Sub-location, on 22nd March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
