CAUSE NO. E607 OF 2025 By Salphina Atieno Onyango, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyeya Were Karan, who died at Lower Kanyawegi, on 14th September, 1977. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2026 By Margaret Akoth Onyango, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bon Onyango Nyaidho alias Onyango Nyaidho, who died on 17th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2026 By Juliana Atieno Amoke alias Juliana Atieno Berendes, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bjorn Berendes alias Bjorn Otto Belendes alias Bjorn Otto Berendes, who died on 28th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
