IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 172 (1) (b) (i) and (c) of the Constitution and section 39 (2) (a) of the Political Parties Act, the Judicial Service Commission appoints— INNOCENT ODHIAMBO MUGANDA to be the Chairperson of the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal, for a non-renewable term of six (6) years, with effect from the 4th June, 2026.
