REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jumaa Bao Mwajinje, of P.O. Box 83820–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land, known as Sub division No. 13185/II/MN, containing 0.0151 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 58543, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
