WHEREAS Njagu Limited, of P.O. Box 57404–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 109/7, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture, registered as Volume N100, Folio 53/1, File 27910, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Indenture issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
