REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sospeter Muiruri (ID/6420009), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the county of Machakos, registered under title No. Machakos/Nguluni/4548, 4656 and 4657, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
