THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Shungu Kilonga, of P. O. Box 79426–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.80 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Kilifi/Mbaraka Chembe/446, situate in the county of Kilifi, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
