THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Kimita Kinyanjui (ID/0561295), as the administrator of the estate of Leah Wambui Kimita (deceased), of P.O. Box 100, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as Muguga/Jetscheme/1179, situate in Kiambu County, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
