REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nelson Kiplimo Too (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kiplombe/Kiplombe Block 2(Kipsang Suge)/72, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 2 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Dinah Jemaiyo Too, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Nelson Kiplimo Too (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
