REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilfred Mburu Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Molo South/Ikumbi Block 12/299 (Gacarage), and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 98 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Nancy Wanjiru Kimani, (2) Kenneth Kimani Mburu and (3) Kiragu Kimani, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Wilfred Mburu Kimani (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Nancy Wanjiru Kimani, (2) Kenneth Kimani Mburu and (3) Kiragu Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wilfred Mburu Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
