THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Nyamu Njoka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.50 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Mutira/Kanyei/1603, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in Succession Cause No. E301 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Geoffrey Munene Nyamu and (2) Naftaly N. Karani, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Geoffrey Munene Nyamu and (2) Naftaly N. Karani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Nyamu Njoka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 26th June, 2026. G. M.
