THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiria Karuiru alias Kirii Karuiru alias Josia Kirii (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.90 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Inoi/Mbeti/4, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in Succession Cause No. E34 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Rose Wanjiku Karuiru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Rose Wanjiku Karuiru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiria Karuiru alias Kirii Karuiru alias Josia Kirii (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
