REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Silvester Kimaru Tororey alias Silvester arap Tororey alias Sylvester Kimaru Tororei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nandi, known as Nandi/Kipkarren Salient/593, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 33 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Frank Michellis Rutto and (2) Mark Kiplagat Tororey, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Silvester Kimaru Tororey alias Silvester arap Tororey alias Sylvester Kimaru Tororei (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said (1) Frank Michellis Rutto and (2) Mark Kiplagat Tororey, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Silvester Kimaru Tororey alias Silvester arap Tororey alias Sylvester Kimaru Tororei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
