REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Taprandich Cherono Kolach (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that property known as Kericho/Chesoen/2088, situate in the Bomet County, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Bomet in Succession Cause No. 29 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Ruth Cherotich Tonui, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Taprandich Cherono Kolach (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and a issue land title deed to the said Ruth Cherotich Tonui, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Taprandich Cherono Kolach (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
