THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nicholas Odhiambo Olando, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Siaya County, registered under title No. North Gem/Sirembe/460, and whereas it has been established that the said parcel was fraudulently registered to the above named person, the land registrar has tried to recall the said land title deed issued in order to cancel the transaction and whereas all efforts made to recall the title has been in vain, the land registrar announces the cancellation of the said land title deed after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and restore the original land parcel No. North Gem/Sirembe/460 to John Waluala, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
