APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to Standing Orders No. 28(1) (2) (3) (4) of the Nyamira County Assembly Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of the members of the County Assembly of Nyamira and the general public that there shall be a special sitting for the County Assembly to be held on Tuesday, the 30th June, 2026 at 10.00 a.m. in the County Assembly chambers. The business to be transacted on that day shall be— 1. Consideration of the Report of the Committee on Budget and Appropriations on the Annual Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the FY 2026/2027. 2. Consideration of the Nyamira County Appropriation Bill, 2026. 3. Tabling and Consideration of the report of the committee on appointment on vetting of nominee–Felister Moige Samuel to the County Service Board. 4. Tabling and Consideration of the report of the Committee on Education, Vocational Training and ICT on the Nyamira County Education Support Fund Bill, 2026 thereafter 2nd and 3rd reading of the said Bill.
