ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the household goods which include but not limited to Furniture, electrical appliances, decors, cutlery, utensils, beddings, clothes, paintings, portraits and other commercial items in our storage, to collect the said goods from the premises of Taylor Matthews Limited, on Emerald Business Park (Kutch Road) Syokimau within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all outstanding storage charged including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said items will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all the incidental charges and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owner’s credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
