WAMULA AUCTIONEER SERVICE DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS PURSUANT to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

REGISTRATION

PURSUANT to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of the following motor vehicles registration Nos. KCE 180Z, Mitsubishi Canter and KCF 016D, currently lying at SK Dhahabu Storage Yard along Nothern Bypass near Marurui, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all outstanding storage charges including the cost of publishing this notice and any other incidental costs incurred failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds therefrom or part thereof shall be defrayed against all the outstanding charges without any further reference to the owners.
