NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 318, in Volume D1, Folio 1012/1836, File MMXXV, by our client, Martin Baru Kirapash, of P.O. Box 199–20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Simon Mbasicho Lekirabash, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Simon Mbasicho Lekirabash, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Martin Baru Kirapash, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Martin Baru Kirapash only.
