NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 429, in Volume D1, Folio 923/3908, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Irene Kanini Mutua (guardian), on behalf of Sharon Wangare Samuel Githuku Maina (minor), formerly known as Sharon Wanja Francis Kamau Njoroge, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sharon Wanja Francis Kamau Njoroge, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sharon Wangare Samuel Githuku Maina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sharon Wangare Samuel Githuku Maina only.
