NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 208, in Volume D1, Folio 201/1964, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Kipchumba Rutto Sargutta, of P.O. Box 35492–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Douglas Kipchumba Rutto, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Douglas Kipchumba Rutto and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kipchumba Rutto Sargutta, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kipchumba Rutto Sargutta only.
