NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1006, in Volume D1, Folio 201/1958, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Tasha Claudia Mwende, formerly known as Tasha Jebet Kering, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Tasha Jebet Kering, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tasha Claudia Mwende, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Tasha Claudia Mwende only.
