NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 16th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 517, in Volume D1, Folio 21/2047, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Peter Githinji Njuki Tropical, formerly known as Peter Githinji Njuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Githinji Njuki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Githinji Njuki Tropical, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Githinji Njuki Tropical only.
