WHEREAS Agnes Rob (ID/0287058), of P.O. Box'377, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.9672 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of -Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Eldoret Municipality Block 13/170, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall- issue a new certificate of lease- provided that no objection has been received within that period.
