Box 72513- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Serah Hannah Njambi Sherri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Serah Hannah Njambi Shem, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bernice Ann Njambi, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her-by her -assumed name Bernice Ann Njambi only.
