GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 62

WHEREAS Hezekiah Ochieng Ochulo, of P.O. Box 294, Muhoroni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.8 hectares or Thereabout, known as parcel No. Kisumu/Forternan/470, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu, in succession cause No. 123 of 2003, has ordered that the said piece of land which was subdivided into two (Kisumu/Forternan/469 and 470) be revoked and cancelled and the plot Kisumu/Forternan/49, to remain in the name of John Kamau Gikonyo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said land title deed to the said John Kamau Gikonyo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hezekiah Ochieng Ochulo, on resulting number Kisumu/Forternan/470, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
