GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 64

WHEREAS Kiania Kaibere (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Ndumberi/Riabai/186, containing 3.72 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Kiambu, in succession cause No. 108 of 2004, has issued -grant of letters of administration to (I) Hannah Wanjiru Kiania and (2) Grace Gakenia Kiania, and whereas the 'said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiania Kaibere (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within thatperiod, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Hannah Wanjiru Kiania and (2) Grace Gakenia Kiania, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiania Kaibere (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
