PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 734 OF 2007
By (1) Bethseba Aminya Mutambi and (2) Hellen Omwangale
Lungayi, both of P.O. Box 12303-00100, ,Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widows, through Messrs. H. Wanga & Co., advocates of
Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Justus Mutambi Swachi, late of Nairobi, who died at Kawangware, on
4th November, 2005.
The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause he shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya
Gazette.
