TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 307 OF 2007
By Mary Mwari Kobia, of P.O. Box 4, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Kobia Samwel, late of Meru North District, who died on 26th April, 2007.
The court will proceed to issue the same nless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect :ntered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice 'in the Kenya
