THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF PETER NJAU NG'ANG' A OF SABUGO SUB-LOCATION, NYANDARUA DISTRICT PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCFSSION CAUSE No. 156 OF 200.7 LET .1, the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at District Hospital "'Chafe, Trans Nmia District, on'INth September, 1990, has been filed in this registry by Thaweria Nyambura Njau, of P.O. Box Via Milangine, in her capacity as an administratrix of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are *lifted and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grantas prayed or to make such order
