THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT
EXTENSION
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 77 (3) of the
Co-operative Societies Act, the Minister of for Co-operative
Development and Marketing extends the term of—
J. L. ole Kipury, and
A. K. Kariuki, as Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Co-operative Tribunal, respectively, for a term of three (3) years, with effect from I st January, 2008.
