GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 184

WHEREAS Jeremiah Ndungu Kamutu, of P.O. Box 702, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Gituamba/Muhotetu Block 2/1029, situate in the district of Laikipia. and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Nanyuki, in civil suit No. 34 of 2007,.has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided and a portion 5.25 acres or thereabout, be transferred to Bernard Mwangi Kamutu, of P.O. Box 918, Nyahururu, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation to subdivide the said piece of land in favour of Bernard Mwangi Kamutu, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of subdivision and transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Bernard Mwangi Kamutu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jeremiah Ndungu Kamutu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
