WHEREAS Perry Njeri Muhoro, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Tigithi/Matanya Block 2/24 (Burguret), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Nanyuki, in civil suit No. 8 of 2004; has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to James Muriuki Macharia, of. P.O. Box 444, Nanyuki, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation of transfer of the said piece of land in favour James Muriuki Macharia, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of 'the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said James Muriuki Macharia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said`Perry Njeri Muhoro, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE NOTICE NO, 188 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Paul ,Kamore Gathima, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Laikipia/Daiga/Umande Block- 6/412 (Nyariginu), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Kanyuki, in civil suit No. 14 of 2004, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Kenya Assemblies of God, of P.O. Box 516, Nanyuki, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation of transfer of the said piece of land in favour Kenya Assemblies of God, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that ,period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Kenya Assemblies of God, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Kamore Gathima, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
