GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 190

WHEREAS Benard Kipkoech (ID/20590108), of P.O. Box 31212, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Dundori/Mugwathi Block 2/99, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in civil case No. 25 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Samuel Kariuki Mwangi (ID/7162287), of P.O. Box 40, Naishi, vide a decree/court order issued by the said court dated 5th October, 2007, and whereas all efforts made to compei the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Samuel Kariuki Mwangi (ID/7162287), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benard Kipkoech (ID/20590108), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
