NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th July, 2007, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 12, in Volume DI, Folio 173/3925, File No. MMVII, by our client, John Githahu Ktunau, of P.O. Box 597-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Michael Njenga Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Michael Njenga Kamau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John Githahu Kamau, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name John Githahu Kamau only.
