APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the
State Corporations Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry, appoints—
Tom M. KONYIMBIH to be a member of the Board of Directors, Kenya Wine Agencies
Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 31st
December, 2007, and revokes the appointment of Maurice Makhanu*.
