THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS East African Portland Cement Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 40101-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of. Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee, of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 337/194, situate in the Athi River in the Machakos District, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 25323/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
