Description of Land: THIS land is situated approximately 115 kilometres to the north- west of Marsabit Town. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point "A" which is a IPC from which trig. Pt, 89 a 65 and 89 A•66 are 22.3 kilometres and 37.00 kilometres distance bearing of 312° 05' 00" and 206° 02' 00"-respectively; thence for 3 kilometres on a bearing of N2°764606 E 36°705607 to point "A"; thence for a distance of 40.26 kilometres on a bearing of N2°539425 E 36°90368, to point "B"; thence for a distance of 25.5 kilometres on a bearing of 14,2° 41966 E 36°79557 to point "C"; thence for a distance of 10.95 kilometres on a bearing of, N 2°515865 E 36°758072 to point "D" thence for a distance of 6.43 kilometres on abearing of N 2°512040 E 36°705607 back to point "E"; thence for a distance of 28.10 kilometres on a bearing of N 2°764606 E 36°705607 back to point "A".
