TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 325 OF 2007 By Andriano Mwika, of Kiirua, Meru Central District in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwika Kabiru alias Muika Mweka, late of Kiirua, Meru Central District, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 1988. CAUSE No. 384 OF 2007 By Franceseka Jiogweni Kiome, of P.O. Box 67, Igoji, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiome Mucheke alias M'Ikiome NI'Mucheice, late of Igoji, Meru Central District, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 1995. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
