WHEREAS it has not been possible after due diligence to effect personal service on the 1st and 2n• Respondents of Election Petition No. 13 of 2008, the publication of this notice is to effect service upon the 1st and 2nd Respondents of the presentation of the aforesaid election petition which was presented and filed in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, on 21st January, 2008 by John Kiarie Wawero relating to the election of Beth Wambui Mugo as the Member of Parliament for Dagoretti Constituency in the Republic of Kenya in the Parliamentary Elections held 27th December, 2007. Service of the election petition on the 1st and 2nd Respondents by means of publication and or advertisement of this notice is pursuant to the provisions of section 20 ( I ) (a) and (c) (iv) of the National Assembly and Presidential Elections Act. The copies of the petition may be obtained by you on application at the office of the Deputy Registrar, High Court of Kenya, Central Registry, Nairobi, or from the offices of Messrs. Asiema and Company Advocates, whose physical and postal address is Ukulima Occidental Plaza, 4th Floor, Muthithi Road, off Mpaka Road, P.O. Box 11789-00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya.
