TAKE NOTICE that an election petition has been presented and filed in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi by Mahamud Muhumed Sirat, relating to the election of Ali Hassan Abdirahman, as the member of National Assembly for Wajir South Constituency in the Republic`of Kenya in the Parliamentary elections that took place on 27th December, 2007. And further take notice that a true copy of the petition may be obtained by you on application at the office of the Registrar/Deputy Registrar, High Court of Kenya, Central Registry, P.O.
