TAKE NOTICE that an election petition has been presented and filed in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi by Moses Nyambega, relating to the election of Walter Enock Nyambati Osebe, as member of the National Assembly for Kitutu Masaba Constituency that took place on the 27th December, 2007. And take notice that a true copy of the petition may be obtained by you on application at the office of the Registrar/the Deputy Registrar, High Court of Kenya, Law Courts, P.O. Box -30041, Nairobi.
