THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Baragu Holdings Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 49418, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of the piece of land known as L.R. No. 1428/2, situate in the East of Thika Municipality in the Thika District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 30149/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days, from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
