THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT KIAMBU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF KANGARU CHURU OF KIRATINA VILLAGE, KIRATINA LOCATION, KIAMBU DISTRICT PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2007 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at P.C.E.A. Kikuyu Hospital, on 15th July, 2003, has been filed in this registry by (1) David Chum Kangaru and (2) Mburu Samuel Kangaru, both of P.O. Box 1895, Thika, in their capacities as sons of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited wad most be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this nut'....c.
