GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 638

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Edward Ngigi Muingai, Wata Expo Limited, of P.O. Box 4487, Nairobi, the owner of Volvo motor vehicle reg. No. KAZ 184B, prime mover with engine No. TD1022FM270241823, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the yard of Auto Sueco (East Africa) Limited, of P.O. Box 18101-00500, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding debts plus storage charges and other incidental costs including that of publishing of this notice, failing to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed of by way sale without further reference and the proceeds of sale shall be defrayed against all the outstanding debts, storage charges accrued thereon and other incidentals and the balance if any, the owner shall, remain credit of owner, but there be any shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
