NOTICE is given, that by a deed poll dated 5th October; 2007, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa, as Presentation No. 315, in Volume B13, Folio 791, File No. 2949/1637, by our client, Michael Kyule Molo, of P.O. Box 844, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Michael Molo alias Michael Molo Ndeti, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his farmer name Michael Molo alias Michael Molo Ndeti, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Michael Kyule Molo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Michael Kyule Molo only.
