Box 32648-00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, parent and legal guardian of Fleeron Wanjiku, formerly known as Annabell Wakarima Nderitu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Annabell Wakarima Nderitu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fleeron Wanjiku, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times-to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fleeron Wanjiku only.
