APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by clause 5 (2)• of the
4min:ince (Policyholders Compensation Fund) Regulations, 2004, the
Minister for Finance appoints—
Anne Ngiana Rama, Charles Njonjo Mwaura, Andrew Greenwood, Geoffrey Njenga, I. T. Inamdar, to be Trustees of the Policyholders' Compensation Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 8th December, 2007.
