notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of:- Nissan Pulsar reg. No. KAK 636B, Toyota Starlet reg. No. KAC 321Y, Peugeot 504 reg. No. KZW 860 Mitsubishi Carrosse, Chassis Number L038G-8004050 within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are currently lying in L.R. No. 209/2775, Factory Street, Industrial Area, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidentals costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
