NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, that all customers who brought water pumps, generators and engines for repairs on or before 31st December, 2007, and are with Davis & Shirtliff, Service Department, to collect them upon payment of repair or 'service charges within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to collect the said goods within the given notice shall lead to the said goods being disposed or sold to recover repair and storage costs. This is final remainder and no further claims shall be entertained for recovery. Dated the 24th January, 2008. DAVID GITHENDU, General Manager, Operations.
